A self-made man. Whose aim was clear right from 8th grades. To start his career & gain some experience he worked at Architect United a well-known Architecture firm in pune as project engineer. Where he had a chance to explore & nurture his knowledge. Here he had an opportunity to work on Government, Commercial & Industrial sites. At this organisation, Aditya was exposed to the business side of operating an engineering firm. He says “I learned about submitting proposals, how to make presentations and how to best serve our clients,” During this period also, he utilised his time working on short projects at his own which gave him a field and client experience.

After a successful 2 year period and being commissioned as an officer, It was at this time that Aditya decided to test his entrepreneurial flair and ventured into other avenues of construction. He says he believes that serving in these business organizations gives him keen insight into the industry. Aditya says “Whenever I get involved, I like to get involved right away at a leadership level,” “I don’t like to just sit back.”
